If something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help.
Eligible items may be returned within 14 days of delivery.
Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, items must be:
• Unworn and unused
• In original condition
• With all tags attached
• Returned in original packaging
Items shipped with a security tag must be returned with the tag attached. Items with removed or damaged security tags are not eligible for return.
Return Options
We offer two return options for your convenience:
• Store Credit (recommended) — issued for the full value of your item
• Refund to original payment method — subject to a 15% restocking fee
Store credit never expires and can be used anytime.
Final Sale Items
The following items are final sale and not eligible for return:
• Sale or discounted items
• Items purchased with promotional codes
• Made-to-order pieces
How to Initiate a Return
To begin your return, please use our Return link and follow the steps provided.
Once your return request is approved, you will receive an email with instructions.
Your RMA form must be included inside your return package.
Returns are processed within 3–5 business days of receiving your item.
Return Inspection
All returned items are carefully inspected upon arrival.
Items showing signs of wear, damage, or alteration will not be accepted.
To maintain fairness, we reserve the right to limit returns in cases of excessive activity or misuse of our policy.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery.
To assist you quickly, please include:
• Photos of the item
• Photos of the packaging
• Photos of the shipping box
We will gladly offer a replacement, repair, or refund where appropriate.
Incorrect Item Received
If you receive an incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
We will provide a prepaid return label and resolve the issue promptly.
Order Cancellations
Orders cannot be cancelled once placed, as we begin processing immediately.
Wholesale Orders
All wholesale and bulk orders are final sale.
