How To Make A Return 

We hope that you’re completely satisfied with the jewelry you purchase from us. If you’re unsatisfied with your purchase, you may Return your item within (14) days of the date your order was received. The returned item must be intact and in unused condition. Please note all SALE & DISCOUNTED (PROMO CODE) items are non-refundable and are a final sale. 

Returning an item at Blossom Box Jewelry is really easy. Simply click on the link below and follow the return prompts. Please note all refunds will be given in the form of a store credit only.

Once an RMA number has been created, we will send an approval email directly to your email account. Simply follow the instructions on how to return your item. The customer must print the RMA form and include it in their return shipment. All Returns will be processed within 3-5 business days of receipt of your returned package. An email will be sent to notify the customer once the store credit has been processed.

Cancellation Policy - Cancellations will not be accepted after placing an order. If an existing style is a pre-order style it will be listed with the delivery time frame on the product page itself. 

Item Damaged In Transit - All merchandise shipped from our warehouse is carefully checked, inspected and packaged before leaving our facility. In the rare event a damage occurs in transit due to the handling via USPS/UPS this must be reported to Blossom Box Jewelry upon receipt of shipment. In such instances, we will provide a store credit and a pre-paid return label to return the damaged item. 

Incorrect Item Delivered - All merchandise shipped from our warehouse is carefully checked, inspected and packaged before leaving our facility. In the rare event an incorrect item is received this must be reported to Blossom Box Jewelry upon receipt of shipment. In such instances, we will provide a store credit and a pre-paid return label to return the incorrect item.
