When will my order ship?
Most orders will be shipped the following business day (usually same day if order is placed by 11AM EST Monday – Friday). In some cases the order processing may take up to 48-72 hours. Shipping occurs once the payment has been approved and the address has been verified.

When will I receive my order?
If you selected Standard shipping, you should receive your order within 3-5 business days. If you selected Express shipping you should receive your order within 1-2 business days. If you selected Economy shipping you should receive your order within 7-10 business days. Please allow processing time in addition to shipping time for delivery.
